A man was shot in the head on the 2500 block of West 9th Street in Chester late Tuesday night.
The bullets smashed through the windshield of a car, striking the victim twice. He was taken to the hospital. Officials have not released his condition.
Police blocked off nearby streets hoping to find the gunman. They say he was spotted running toward 12th and Booth.
