A Lehigh County judge sentenced 40-year-old Jose Amid Juarbe on Wednesday to 4 1/2 to 18 years in prison.
Prosecutors say Juarbe used the money for a penis enlargement for himself and another man and breast augmentation for two women. Authorities say Juarbe also purchased furniture and motorcycles with the stolen money.
Juarbe pleaded guilty to charges related to the case in November. In April, he withdrew his plea and said he was innocent. He pleaded guilty again in August to 42 counts, including 27 felonies.
