Multi-vehicle crash on I-95 in S. Philly

The crash happened in the northbound lanes at the Girard Point Bridge around 11:00 a.m.

One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

At least one lane is blocked, causing traffic delays for people trying to get to Citizens Bank Park for this afternoon's Phillies playoff game.

Other lanes could be blocked as the cleanup gets underway.
