On Saturday, October 17, 2009, you can get a free 12-point car inspection to see if your vehicle is ready to make it through the winter.
The inspections are being performed at the Lincoln Technical Institute at 9191 Torresdale Avenue in Philadelphia, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
The inspections include checks of air filters, fluids, belts, and wipers.
