A driver has died, after his car went out of control on I-95 in Claymont, Delaware.

About 11:00 on Wednesday night, the car failed to hold a curve in the southbound lanes of the highway, south of Naamans Road.

The 2002 Chevrolet Malibu then flew over a guard rail and slammed broad-side into a support beam for a highway sign.

The crash crushed the driver's side door.
