Club Oasis owner, bouncers arrested

SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA - October 17, 2009

According to police, the incident occurred when two men were kicked out of the club.

Once they were outside, one of the men realized he left his credit card inside, however they did not let him go back inside.

At that point, the owner of the club pulled up in a car outside. He along with a bouncer then began to beat up on one of the men.

Another bouncer then struck the other man.

Both men are in critical condition; one is at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with a fractured vertebrae and another was taken to Mercy Hospital with a cracked skull. Both remain in critical condition.

The two bouncers and the owner of Oasis were arrested and have been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and other related charges.
