The accident happened around 9:30 at the intersection of 20th and Market Streets in Center City Philadelphia. There, an 81-year-old woman was struck by a Bieber Tour bus while crossing the street.
The woman was conscious and transported to Hahnemann Hospital with stable vitals.
She is expected to be okay.
No charges have been filed at this time.
