Investigators say about 1:00 o'clock on Friday morning, at least one gunman opened fire on the victim -- a man in his 20s.
When police arrived at H and Westmoreland streets, they found the wounded man lying in the street with two bullet wounds in the back.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
So far, homicide detectives have not indicated if they have a motive, or if they know who the four suspects are who ran from the scene.
