The company received 28 reports of a plastic insert detaching.
There was one report of an injury. The recall involves the Fiesta Masquerade
and the Home Olympic 20-piece flatware sets.
The Fiesta Masquerade products were sold at
JCPenney, Macy's, Bealls and Homer Laughlin China Co. from November
2008 through May 2009; the Home Olympic products were sold at
