A big rig and a car collided late Saturday night on Interstate 95 Northbound just over the Delaware state line in Pennsylvania, causing the tractor-trailer to go off the highway, into a ravine and overturn.

The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on I-95 in Lower Chichester, Delaware County. The truck went off the highway and overturned in a ravine, briefly trapping the driver in the cab. Firefighters and medics worked to free the driver who was shaken up but not injured. The occupants of the car were not injured.

Traffic was briefly stopped on I-95, however motorists were soon able to get by with police opening 2 lanes for traffic.

Heavy wreckers worked to unload and upright the tractor-trailer, which was loaded with bananas.
