LOS ANGELES (AP) - October 26, 2009 A judge in Los Angeles has issued a protective order against Karen J. McNeil. The singer's attorney says McNeil is an "mentally unstable celebrity stalker" who trespassed at the singer's home on Thursday.

The woman is also accused of leaving a "bizarre" letter during a trip to the singer's home in June.
