Yankees fan arrested after basebrawl

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. (AP) - November 3, 2009

Upper Moreland police responded to a disturbance outside the Brick House Tavern shortly after the Yankees beat the Phillies in Game 4 of the World Series.

They said 31-year-old Jason Moore, who has no fixed address, said he was punched for rooting for the Yankees.

Authorities say they discovered that Moore had more than $1,000 in outstanding constable warrants. He was also cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and placed in jail Tuesday pending arraignment.

A number for Moore could not be found and it wasn't clear whether he had an attorney.
