Suspect ID'd in Philadelphia bank robberies

KENSINGTON - November 13, 2009

The man they are seeking is Kenneth Pagan, 38. He is described as 5'7" tall and weighing 175 pounds. The FBI said he is known to live in and frequent the Kensington area.

The bank hit was the Beneficial branch at 826 Allegheny Avenue. It was robbed on November 4th and again on Thursday.

Pagan is considered armed and dangerous. There is a reward being offered for information leading to his apprehension, and tipsters may remain anonymous.

Anyone with information about his potential whereabouts is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department.
