Authorities say the body of George Huber, 66, of North Wildwood was found in the 200 block of West 18th Street in what authorities describe a "thigh-high" flood waters.
The Cape May County Prosecutors office is investigating and an autopsy is expected to be performed Monday.
Authorities don't believe the death is suspicious.
