82-year-old Lillian Scholl was struck while exiting her vehicle near the 100 block of Daniels Avenue around 7:30.
The driver, 43-year-old Kenneth Harada, was traveling on Paxson Avenue when he struck the car and the woman.
Scholl was transported to Capital Health, Helene Fuld Campus Hospital and is being treated for minor injuries and is expected to be okay.
Harada is being charged with careless driving and obstructive view because there was frost on his window.
