Free Parking & Zhu Zhu Pets Located

December 21, 2009 6:19:20 AM PST
If you're driving into Philadelphia for holiday festivities this week, we've found a way you can get discounted, even free parking. Plus, find out where you can find those popular Zhu Zhu Pets for less. Let's talk first about that free parking.

You don't have to pay for metered street parking anywhere in Philadelphia after 11 a.m. this Saturday. This has been the Parking Authority's way of saying Happy Holidays all December long.

And if you're shopping in Old City throughout the year, you can park in metered spots for free on Wednesdays after 5 and every First Friday after 5.

Plus, a lot of two-hour metered spots turn into three-hour spots after 4:00 p.m.

Saving at CVS.com

And here's an online deal too good to miss. You can get $10 to $15 off at CVS.com.

Save $10 by signing into CVS and putting $65 worth of non-prescription merchandise in your cart.

You'll also get free standard shipping!

Plus, get an extra $5 off by using a MasterCard.

Zhu Zhu Pets Alert!

Starting Monday through Wednesday morning, hundreds of thousands of $8 Zhu Zhu hamsters will be scampering into a Walmart near you.

The retail giant says for three days, starting at 7 a.m., Walmart stores will un-cage the popular robotic hamsters in special morning sales events.

But beware! Each store will have only 20 to 60 to give out and customers will be limited to one per person.
