The accident happened early Monday morning on the 1100 block of McKinley Street near Devereaux Avenue and Summerdale Avenue.
Police say the driver, identified as Ikechukwu Nwaoba, lost control and hit a parked car, crashed into a fence, then hit the house.
He is being charged with DUI, damaging property and other related charges.
Two other people were taken to the hospital, but both are expected to be fine.
