The accident happened around 3:05 a.m. at the intersection Cobbs Creek Parkway at Greenway Avenue.
Police say the vehicle was travelling south on Coobs Creek Parkway and lost control, hitting a curb and then colliding with a tree. The vehicle then rolled down a hill.
Two people in the vehicle were partially ejected. The man driving and the female front passenger were transported to the hospital and were treated and released.
The 21-year-old male passenger from Darby, Pennsylvania was pronounced dead at the scene.
There's no word on what caused the driver to lose control. AID is investigating.
