James Hughes, 31, was last seen on Sunday in Clementon. Police say he suffers from depression, diabetes and heart problems for which he takes medication daily.
He is described as about 6 feet tall, weighing 160 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair. He also has a tattoo of a lizard on his left shoulder and one of a spider on his neck.
