Arrest made in '08 Norristown murder

NORRISTOWN, Pa. - January 11, 2010

Joseph Pough was arrested January 9th in Philadelphia after officers were tipped that a wanted man was staying in an apartment at 8400 Lindbergh Boulevard.

Pough was charged with killing Glenn B. Gundy on the afternoon of November 16, 2008.

Gundy was found on the floor at 1006 W. Main Street with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was rushed to the hospital, but was pronounced dead there.

An arrest warrant was issued for Pough shortly after the killing, but investigators say he fled was eluded capture until this weekend.

Pough was sent to prison without bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for later this month.
