Gangster car could be yours

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) - January 20, 2010

John Dillinger's 1930s Model A Ford is going up for auction this weekend.

The car was sprayed by bullets, when Dillinger and members of his gang escaped from police in April of 1934.

Officials of the Barrett-Jackson Auction Company say the car was restored for the recent movie "Public Enemies," but the bullet holes remain under auto body filler.

The car will be sold at the 39th Annual Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction in Scottsdale, Ariz.
