It's for her $7,000-a-month apartment in the trendy TriBeCa area of New York City. The suit says right now she's behind three months.
The lawsuit says her one-year lease on the Manhattan apartment began in September. At the time, she was in the CW series "The Beautiful Life."
But that show was canceled in September.
Barton also lives in Los Angeles.
