As the truck drivers removed the money, a silver colored mini-van pulled up with 3 men inside.
"Two of the males are armed, one's got a shotgun the others got a handgun and you have another male sitting in the truck ready to go," said John Apeldorn of the Citizens Crime Commission.
Police say the suspects pointed the weapons at the truck's drivers and grabbed all the cash.
"They pulled this robbery broad daylight, brazen as it is and take off."
No shots were fired and no one was injured. Surveillance cameras captured pictures of the van, which is described as silver-colored, with PA tags, a tinted back window and no rear seats inside.
Brinks' has offered up a $20,000 reward.
"That's for the arrest and conviction of the individuals responsible for this robbery and/or the recovery of the money that was taken in the robbery."
