The man they are looking for is Douglas R. Smith, 27, who frequents the Kirkwood Highway corridor.
According to investigators, Smith has been visiting the home of a 79-year-old woman who lives in the Sherwood Park community.
Police say he uses several ruses to gain access to her home. Once inside, police say, Smith steals money from the woman's purse.
