/*Robert Faraco*/ owes the city of Philadelphia tens of thousands of dollars in unpaid parking tickets and has numerous separate vehicle tags.
Now the city tells us that Faraco actually has a total of 73 separate license plates and on many of those tags he has 430 outstanding tickets.
His outstanding balance is $40,580.
Now, Philadelphia officials plan to take action against Faraco and other top scofflaws. The Philadelphia Parking Authority will outline its next steps at a news conference Tuesday, which they say was prompted by the Action News investigation.
