Twenty-year-old Lateia Jefferson, of Dale, is accused of cursing at the Cambria County Transit Authority driver and hitting him with the snowball on Jan. 20. Her preliminary hearing on charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and resisting arrest is set for March 4 before a district judge in Johnstown.
Police say the driver wasn't injured.
Online court records don't list an attorney for Jefferson and The Associated Press could not immediately locate a listed telephone for her.
