First Impressions is a trendy women's boutique in Lafayette Hill, Pa., where jeans or shirts can sell for over $200 each.

"There are two times a year that we really restock the attic," explains First Impressions owner Pam Katz. "February and again in July. The attic is just our hidden treasures from downstairs. They're all seasonal merchandise, maybe one of a kind things that are left, sometimes things that didn't fit or sell downstairs. We'll move it upstairs and it just seems to fly out of the store."

During the sale that starts today, Friday, February 5, 2010, all items in the main room of the attic are $25, $50 or $75.

Among the deals, a Roberto Rodriguez sequinned blouse, which was originally $219, a Milly dress with a beaded neckline and hot pink lining, which was originally $350, and a reversible plaid gauze shirt by Kova and T, which was originally $229. All are on sale for $75 each.

Premium denim -- from names like CY Denim and Current Edition -- with original prices over $200 -- are also $75.

"There's a lot of goodies here," says shopper Jin Lee Chayapruks of Lafayette Hill, Pa. "So I always not just stay downstairs with the regular retail stuff, but I always come up here to see what treasures are up here, because I always find something."

The Attic has one room in which everything is just $25. In there, I found a Black Halo dress that was $329 and a Johnny Was silk skirt that was $229. Another room is full of girls and juniors clothes from the owners' children's boutique, Down to Earth Kids. Everything in that room is 410, $20 or $30, including party dresses that were originally $90 each.

And yet another room full of accessories, including jewelry, belts priced at three for $50, and purses.

First Impressions is located at 470-472 East Germantown Pike in Lafayette Hill. Their phone number is 610-828-6775. The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Wednesdays 9:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., and Sundays 11:00 until 4:00 p.m.
