Troopers spotted the 2006 Lincoln Navigator on Interstate 95 early Friday and chased it along several back roads before it ran off the road. The three occupants fled on foot but were taken into custody, with police having to use a stun gun on the driver.
The suspects are identified as 24-year-old Nicholas Martorano and 18-year-old twins Julian and Giovanni Garcia, all of Turnersville, N.J.
Officials say the three suspects will be charged in Delaware with receiving stolen property and conspiracy. Martorano, the driver, who is currently wanted in New Jersey, will face additional charges.
