It happened around 11:25 a.m. at the factory in the 2900 block of West Hunting Park Avenue.
When firefighters arrived they found smoke coming from the third floor of the building.
The fire department evacuated the building and found the fire in an oven. They turned off all of the ovens and extinguished the fire.
A second oven then caught fire, but that was quickly put out.
There are no reported injuries.
