Police said Wednesday that they seized more than 3,800 illegally manufactured discs in arresting 47-year-old Derwin Forrest.
Among the bootleg DVD titles seized were current theater hits including "Avatar," "The Blindside," "Edge of Darkness," and "Wolfman."
Forrest was arrested Tuesday after a police officer saw him selling a counterfeit DVD in the parking lot of a convenience store. Officers then obtained a search warrant for Forrest's home, where they found illegally manufactured discs and equipment commonly used to copy DVDs and CDs.
Forrest was arraigned and released on $4,000 unsecured bail.
