Acting on leads and descriptions provided by victims of the lewd acts, Troopers arrested Anthony J. Gulen on Friday.
The incidents happened between April 2009 and as recently as January 2010 on the Perkiomen Trail in Perkiomen Township and Collegeville Borough.
The events that led to Gulen's arrest involve him exposing himself to numerous female victims between those dates.
Gulen will be arraigned on 7 counts including indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct.
Gulen was arraigned on $50,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 23. Bail conditions include for Gulen to have no contact with the victims and to not exercise on any trail in Pennsylvania.
Police are asking anyone who was on the Perkiomen Trail and have information to any unreported incidents to call Trooper Bertolet at 610-584-1250.
