It happened at the 36th Street train station of the New Jersey Transit River line just after 5:00 p.m.
Two men were arguing with a woman and a man in the parking lot. That man, in his late teens or early 20's opened fire, critically wounding the other two men.
Police say he is African American, 5'10" in height, weighing 120 to 170 pounds. He had thin hair-braids and two diamond earrings in one ear.
