Richard Peterson has to spend three days in the slammer, after appearing on "The Jerry Springer Show."
He boasted about a one-night stand with a stripper, while dodging swings from his girlfriend.
The stripper was also on the show.
The Gaston, N.C. Gazette reports Peterson's probation officer spotted him on Springer.
Peterson's serving probation for pot possession and resisting an officer.
He's under orders not to leave the state.
