The 82-year-old singer is scheduled to attend the dedication ceremony Friday being held by the town of Barnstable and the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce.
Her manager, Michael Glynn, says Page is "thrilled" and "honored" by the dedication of Patti Page Way.
"Old Cape Cod" was released in 1957. The song also mentions "lobster stew" and "church bells chimin' on a Sunday morn."
Page's recording career includes the No. 1 hits "Tennessee Waltz" and "Doggie in the Window."
