The credit cards were stolen from a car that was parked at a LA Fitness also located in Washington Township.
Police say the suspect smashed out the vehicle's window and removed a wallet.
The suspect made purchases on two separate occasions using the cards.
He was driving a newer model Chrysler Town and Country silver minivan.
