Forty-year-old Rocky Jimenez pleaded guilty last week to third-degree murder and conspiracy in the May 11 death of 30-year-old Angel Ramos-Rodriguez. He is scheduled to be sentenced March 26. Another man, 27-year-old Luis Alonzo Villatoro of Allentown, is scheduled to stand trial March 8 on homicide and conspiracy charges.
Prosecutors say the victim and Jimenez had a dispute over the phone, and a witness later saw two people firing guns at a window.
The victim's girlfriend said she and Ramos-Rodriguez heard a noise, and he leaned through the window to look out and was struck. Authorities said multiple shots were fired into the room, where three young children were also present.
