Investigators say at about 12:30 a.m., a SWAT officer in a police van with another SWAT officer pulled over a car at Front Street and Hunting Park Avenue .
That's when a patrol car heading to the police garage in the area, driven by a Ninth District office, collided with the SWAT van.
The Ninth District officer and one of the SWAT officers were taken to Temple University Hospital where they were treated for minor injuries.
The other officer in the SWAT van was not injured.
The patrol car sustained a significant amount of damage.
Police are continuing their investigation to try to determine what caused the crash.
