The on-ramp from northbound 95 to the Commodore Barry Bridge is completely shut down due to an overturned tractor trailer.
The driver of the tractor trailer is identified as Harry McBride. McBride had his two dogs with him in the vehicle at the time of the accident. He and the dogs were unharmed, however, one of the dogs ran away from the scene.
Police are trying to locate the dog named Lady. She is a tan colored Bich-Poo (a mix of Bichon and Poodle).
Chester Township Police are asking the public's help in locating the dog.
There is no word on when the ramp will be reopened.
