The company is called Sixx Pak Entertainment. It's run by two teenage brothers. They held a party two weeks ago with a Playboy theme that drew the ire of authorities. But tonight, two teens defend their company.
Pictures from the Playboy Mansion Dance Party made it seem like a normal high school party.
"Everything was under control at the event; there was no problems," Sixx Pak Entertainment's Corbin Kelly said.
But Bucks County district attorney David Heckler released a statement Thursday night raising what he calls troubling concerns.
Several minors were busted for intoxication. A 17-year-old needed medical attention. Her body temperature was 94 degrees when found.
But brothers, Kyle and Corbin Kelly, say police didn't find alcohol inside the hall.
"The whole place there was no alcohol found at all, the one cop even said if I knew about this I'd let my daughter come," Kyle said.
"At all of our events everyone is patted down before they walk in the doors; they're checked to make sure no alcohol is brought in the vicinities," Corbin said
Another cause for concern for authorities, they allegedly observed several scantily clad girls and gathered a substantial volume of thongs, bras, and Playboy bunny ears.
Even more troubling, they say kids were allowed to go in and out as they please and the hall was packed well above capacity.
The Pennsbury High School entrepreneurs deny the charges.
"The only people that may have come in and out was to go out front on the porch to get a breath of air and we had security officers there," Kyle said.
After a two week investigation, the DA's office found no basis for any charges, but stated "this appears to have been a matter of good fortune rather than good planning."
The Kellys believe they've been unfairly targeted and say more parties are in their future.
"All press is good press," Corbin said.
Action News was unable to reach DA Heckler Thursday night, but in his statement, he says other communities have been notified of Sixx Pack Entertainment and their parties.
