The incident occurred just before 6:00 p.m. in the 1900 block of South 21st Street.
Police say a 17-year-old was shot in the head and a 21-year-old was shot in the right arm.
Both were taken to area hospitals and are in stable condition.
Authorities say the 21-year-old was home from college and is considered an innocent victim.
Police are questioning possible suspects.
