Jury selection is scheduled to begin Monday in Pennsylvania in a wrongful death suit file against 47-year-old /*Charles Cullen*/.
The families of eight former patients are suing Cullen claiming he was involved in their deaths. Cullen has not been charged in the deaths of any of the patients.
A Lehigh County jury will decide what amount, if any, Cullen owes to the families. He has not responded to the suit and declined to be interviewed for a deposition.
Cullen is serving a life sentence in New Jersey after pleading guilty to killing 29 people and trying to kill six others. He told investigators that he might have killed as many as 40 patients.
