U.S. attorney's office spokesman Thom Mrozek says James Dalton Bratcher was ordered held without bond in federal court Monday pending Wednesday's hearing. An affidavit says Bratcher is charged with knowingly causing sexual contact with another person without that persons permission.
A woman told an FBI agent that she was asleep on Continental Flight 787 on Friday when a man grabbed her breast. She said he groped her a second time and she complained to a flight attendant.
Another woman also notified Continental security staff that she had been groped. The two victims identified Bratcher.
Bratcher was arrested Sunday as he boarded a return flight.
