Police say Duffy was driving his 1998 Dodge Ram at a high speed. He failed to maintain the lane of travel and drove across the other southbound lanes and hit a rock embankment.
He then continued south and crossed back over the lanes and hit a concrete barrier disengaging the wall.
He then drove further and hit the wall a second time causing him to overturn.
The truck came to a complete stop on its roof facing the wrong direction.
He was wearing a seatbelt and was treated for minor injuries.
Duffy is being charged for the accident.
