Police say 18-year-old Ryan Vega of Hockessin and a 16-year-old boy broke into the concession stand at the Piedmont Babe Ruth League field on Old Lancaster Pike and spray painted the side of a building on Thursday.
Police learned of the incident on Saturday and say evidence found at the scene linked the teens to the incident. They were charged with burglary and graffiti.
Vega turned himself in to police and later released on $5,000 bail. The 16-year-old was turned over to his mother.
