SPCA officers converged on a Northeast Philadelphia row home Monday evening where they confiscated more than 60 animals, many of which are sick.

The Action Cam was on the 1100 block of Hellerman Street shortly before 6 p.m. SPCA officials say the homeowner collected rabbits, guinea pigs, doves, a hampster, a turtle, a duck, dogs and cats.

The animals were all taken into protective custody at the SPCA. They are not available for adoption at this time.

Officials tell Action News that charges could be levied as soon as Tuesday.
