Nexus Technologies Inc. and its 54-year-old owner and president Nam Nguyen, as well as 41-year-old Kim Nguyen and 34-year-old An Nguyen, pleaded guilty Tuesday to conspiracy, money laundering, and violating the federal Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. All but Kim Nguyen also pleaded guilty to violating the federal Travel Act.

As part of the plea, prosecutors said, Nexus agreed to cease operations in the United States and Vietnam within 90 days.

Former Nexus Technology partner Joseph Lukas pleaded guilty in June in the case.
