It happened Monday in the parking lot of the LA Fitness center in Springfield Township, Delaware County.
Police say the victim parked his car around 6:00 p.m.
A few minutes later, a man and woman smashed out the driver side window and took a wallet.
Then, they entered a nearby Target store and made $1,500 worth of purchases with the victim's credit card.
Images of the suspects were captured by surveillance camera.
