The accident happened on Route 322 between Washington Avenue and W. Boot Road in Downingtown.
The top of the trailer was torn off when it hit the over pass.
The truck needs to be off loaded before crews can attempt to deflate the tire to dislodge the truck.
Route 322 is closed between Washington Avenue and W. Boot Road.
No injuries have been reported.
