The man who died, Joaquin Rivera, was a musician and a leader in the Puerto Rican community.
Rivera went to Aria Health Frankford last November with apparent heart attack symptoms. Prosecutors say surveillance video from the hospital shows Richard Alten and Martin Smith took Rivera's watch.
Alten did not show up at this morning's hearing and a bench warrant has been issued for his arrest. A third suspect Jannira Walker pleaded guilty.
Rivera's family sued the hospital, alleging negligence.
