Francisco Planas-Borgstrom, 32, of Bordentown, was indicted on four counts of 2nd degree sexual assault and 2nd degree official misconduct.
Planas-Borgstrom was arrested on November 10, 2009 on charges he had sex with a student between September 2008 and April 2009.
Planas-Borgstrom was suspended from his job upon being arrested.
Investigators say the school district cooperated with authorities during the investigation.
The combined charges carry a maximum of 50 years in state prison.
